First trip to the ER

We took Madden into the ER this morning because the poor guy has been sick. He has a stuffy nose, a nasty cough, and wont really eat. He has not been getting better so we decided to take him in. Karson was on call so he got to take his x-rays and I got to help which was nice because Madden didn't even cry. Luckily its just a cold and nothing worse. We gave him some Pedialyte and he loved it! Hopefully he will be on the mend.... but for now we will be staying in, drinking some Pedialyte, and lounging by the humidifier.

Maddens Blessing Day!

Madden was blessed last Sunday. It was such an amazing day! Karson did such a good job blessing the little guy. We had so many family and friends there supporting us. I am so grateful he is ours forever! He brings seriously so much love and joy into our house.

Catching Up!

We don't have the internet and so by the time I get around to blogging its weeks old and by than all the pictures on my camera get backed up so I decided I am just going to do one big post and hopefully I can get all caught up and stay caught up. Wishful thinking probably but hey its a start!

All the men in the family are hunting so we decided to head up to Gardner Village to see the witches. Its a great way to start October!

Madden has the prettiest eyelashes. They are so long, I love them.

Ashlyn was pushing Madden in the Swing at FHE. She loves Madden. She is the happiest sweetest little girl.

We babysat these little cuties this last week. It was hard having four kids but so much fun! I have a lot of respect for mothers of big families!!!

He loves tummy time!

We went up the canyone and cooked some famous turkey with Kaylee and Justin. It was delicious! We had to get pretty creative because we forgot all cooking utensils. It was a good way to end summer!

Look Who's Two Months Old!

Madden Is!!!

I can't believe it! Here is what he has been up too!

He is starting to sleep through the night! He has his good days and his bad ones of course but I do love the good ones!

He eats about every three hours and gets real upset if its a minute late.

He hates being burped because it means he has to take a break from the boob.

He hates being held and rocked.

He is the smiliest little guy and is starting to laugh.

He likes to talk and coo and thinks he is pretty awesome when he does!

He loves watching the TV.

He can't fall asleep unless his face is covered by his cozy blanket.

He has found his hands and love sucking both of them at the same time.

He has a love hate relationship with his Binky.

He loves his carseat.

When he is tired, he cries with his eyes closed and soon as I lay him down he is out.

He weights 11. 4 oz and are 22 and 1/2 inches tall.

I love him to pieces. Everyday is a new adventure with him. He brings so much joy into our lives. I never knew that I would love being a mom as much as I do. I fall in love with him more and more each day!

This little guy sure is!

He is sure happy to be a Cougs fan despite the game yesterday.
This little boy was born into a football loving family as you can tell. Everything Madden has is football from his cozy blanket to his bedroom to his name. Karson is already trying to play catch with him but he just doesn't quite get the concept yet!

Madden is a trooper and has been to all of the Juab games but one to watch Bampa George coach! He even braved the cold poor boy! What a stud!

Today was Maddens 2nd time going to church. Are we bad parents for taking him to church in an ACDC shirt?!?!

I laugh every time I see this picture. Madden loves to go flying with Kars and he always gets the biggest smile on his face. I tried to capture it and the flash took him by surprise!
